You can challenge people to beat your P.B. (personal best) for a various exercise.

Okay Imma start with a super pec workout.
Start by doing as many pec pushups as possible. (fists on ground, fingers pointing in and go as low as possible)
record and then do as many pec flies as possible.
Lastly do as many dumbell presses as possible.
If you did it right your pecs are burning.
Repeat.
I don't know my P.B. so I'll post that later.

Denton's Death Set.
Done in two groups. Assume you are in group A.
Group A leaves. 25m of butterfly. Stop twice and do 10 jumps.
Get out and do 10 pushups.
Butterfly sprint 25m.
Group B starts when everyone touches the wall
Group A get out and do 5 pushups, 5 sit-ups, and 10 leg circles.
You get a break until Group B touches the wall.
Rinse and repeat 15 times.
Note* Denton throws water polo balls at you the whole time.

The Ultimate Exercise... THE CHIN-UP!!!!!!
kk if you beat my P.B. your probably doing it wrong, or if your really doing it right, ill get so pissed ill have to chop your arms off.
You have to grab a bar hold on with your palms facing towards you, (palms facing away is called a pull-up, harder)
then up yourself so that your chin is above the bar, go all the way back down so that your arms are just about fully extended then...
Repeat.
P.B. for Chin-up is 16.9 (my chin was about a inch for the bar.)
P.B. for Pull-up is 14 (haven't gone for a P.B. in a while.)
EDIT: just tried for a best and got 15 pull ups so that is my new P.B.

Just found a wicked sick exercise that i have never seen before (looks like a bitch)
I am just going to guess, if you do this right your hammies should feel like they are about to pop right out of your legs.
